ウェブサイト利用規約
MaryGraceAcademySchool（以下「当校」といいます。）のウェブサイト、および当校が運営する外部SNSサービス（以下総称して「当サイト」といいます。）をご利用になる前に、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）をよくお読みいただき、同意のうえご利用ください。
当サイトをご利用された場合、お客様は本規約のすべてに同意したものとみなします。
なお、「外部SNSサービス」とは、Facebook、X（旧Twitter）、Instagram、LINEその他の事業者が提供するソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービスをいい、当校所定の範囲で当サイト運営に利用されるものを指します。これら外部SNSサービスの提供者を「外部SNS事業者」といいます。
第1条（本規約の適用範囲）
本規約は、当サイトを通じて提供されるMaryGraceAcademySchoolに関する情報提供、各種申込・問い合わせ、ならびに当校が提供するインターネットサービス（これらを総称して「本サービス」といいます。）の利用に適用されます。
第2条（本規約の変更）
当校は、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、お客様の同意を得ることなく本規約を変更できるものとします。
変更後の本規約は、当サイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。ご利用の都度、最新内容をご確認ください。
第3条（個人情報の取扱い）
当校は、別途掲示するプライバシーポリシーに基づき、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。お客様はプライバシーポリシーをよくお読みいただき、同意のうえ本サービスをご利用ください。
第4条（知的財産権：著作権・商標等）
- 当サイト上の文章、写真、画像、動画、ロゴ、商標、デザイン、その他一切の情報（以下「コンテンツ」といいます。）に関する著作権・商標権等の知的財産権は、当校または正当な権利者に帰属します。
- お客様は、私的利用の範囲を超えて、当校の事前許諾なく、コンテンツを複製、転載、配布、改変、公衆送信、引用、アップロード等することはできません。
- 当校は、当サイトに投稿機能（コメント・レビュー投稿等）を設けておりません。
第5条（禁止事項）
お客様は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令に違反する行為、または犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当校、他の利用者、外部SNS事業者その他第三者に対する詐欺または脅迫行為
- 公序良俗に反する行為
- 当校または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 本サービスのネットワークまたはシステムに過度な負荷をかける行為
- ウイルス等の有害なプログラムを送信・提供する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
- 本サービスの信用を毀損する行為
- 本サービスを当校の提供目的と異なる目的で利用する行為
- 不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
- なりすまし行為
- 当校が事前に許諾しない宣伝、広告、勧誘、営業行為
- 他の利用者の情報収集
- 反社会的勢力等への利益供与
- その他、当校が不適切と判断する行為
第6条（規約違反等への措置）
当校は、お客様が本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なく、当該利用者による本サービスの利用制限、その他当校が必要と判断する措置を行うことができます。
また、違反行為または不正・違法行為により当校または第三者に損害が生じた場合、当校は損害賠償請求を行うことがあります。
お客様と第三者との間で生じた紛争は、お客様の責任と費用で解決するものとし、当校は責任を負いません。
第7条（免責）
- 当校は、当サイトに掲載する情報の正確性、完全性、安全性、最新性等について保証しません。
- 当校は、当校に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本サービスに起因してお客様に生じた損害について責任を負いません。
- 本サービスが外部SNSサービスと連携する場合であっても、当校は連携を保証せず、連携不可または連携に起因するトラブルについて責任を負いません。
- 当サイトから外部サイトへリンクがある場合、当該リンク先の利用条件をご確認ください。当校はリンク先の内容について責任を負いません。
第8条（推奨利用環境）
当サイトを快適かつ安全にご利用いただくため、最新バージョンのブラウザでの閲覧を推奨します。
第9条（分離可能性）
本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、その他の条項は継続して完全に効力を有します。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約および本サービスの利用に関する準拠法は日本法とします。
本規約または本サービスに関連して当校とお客様の間で紛争が生じた場合、千葉地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Website Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the website of MaryGraceAcademySchool (the “School”) and the School’s official accounts on external social networking services (collectively, the “Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“External SNS Services” include social networking services provided by third parties such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LINE, and other platforms. The providers of such services are referred to as “External SNS Operators.”
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all services provided through the Site, including information, applications, inquiries, and other internet-based services offered by the School (collectively, the “Services”).
Article 2 (Changes to the Terms)
The School may modify these Terms without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site. Please review the latest version each time you use the Site.
Article 3 (Personal Information)
The School handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy posted separately. You must read and agree to the Privacy Policy before using the Services.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and designs (the “Content”), is owned by the School or rightful third-party owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, upload, or otherwise use the Content beyond personal, non-commercial use without prior permission from the School.
The Site does not provide user posting features such as comments or reviews.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in activities including, but not limited to: violations of laws, fraud or threats, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, excessive system load, distribution of malware, interference with operations, unauthorized access attempts, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, collecting others’ information, providing benefits to anti-social forces, or any actions deemed inappropriate by the School.
Article 6 (Measures for Violations)
If you violate these Terms, the School may restrict your use of the Services or take other necessary measures without prior notice. You may be liable for damages caused by your violation. Disputes with third parties shall be resolved at your own responsibility and expense.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The School does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or timeliness of information on the Site. The School shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The School does not guarantee integration with External SNS Services and is not responsible for issues arising from such services or external links.

Article 9 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court as the court of first instance.
